"Had dinner at Uncle Joe’s Malaysian Kitchen on a rainy night and it turned out to be such a great find. The portions are very generous and perfect for sharing. Loved the satay chicken skewers, tom yum soup and seafood laksa — all full of flavour. They’re also happy to adjust the spice level, which I really appreciated. Great value for the amount and quality of food. Would definitely come back!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Came in quite late and ordered the sweet & sour fish and shrimp , absolutely loved it. Waited about 20 minutes for the fish, but they checked with us first, which we appreciated. Shoutout to Ally (hope I got her name right!) super kind and friendly even though only two servers were working and it was quite busy. The price matches the portion, great atmosphere, lively crowd, and nice vibes overall. Only downside is parking hard to find and quite expensive, so we had to eat and rush. Would definitely come back! Sorry for the photo, remembered too late!"

"Uncle Joe's serves authentic Malaysian food. The beef rendang is melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the char kuey teow is packed with wok hei. The new steamed fish is a perfect summer dish. Great value with generous portions. The Thai beer pairing is a fantastic deal!"

"Finally visited after hearing so much about this place. When it was just two of us, the choices felt a bit limited — mostly because the portions are huge! It’s definitely a place that’s better for sharing so you can try more dishes. The soft-shell crab laksa was amazing. The broth tasted like it was properly cooked from scratch — super flavorful and full of depth. Perfect for two to share, but probably too heavy if you try to finish a whole bowl each. The grilled chicken salad was nice and refreshing, which balanced things out really well. Drinks were also just right. Overall a solid experience, but I think it’ll be even better with a bigger group so we can try more dishes next time!"
